Capuchadou Guilloche 10 cm

In the 19th century, French shepherds used a knife called the "Capuchadou" for their daily tasks, including preparing lunch and caring for their flock of sheep. The Laguiole knife was later developed as an improved version of the Capuchadou.

The Guilloché series provides additional chiseling of the spring liners, both top and bottom. The "bee" and the spring, shaped like a four-leaf clover, are forged from a single piece of stainless steel. These knives also have a shamrock design with a genuine semi-precious gemstone at its center. All of these knives are 100% made in France.
