Signature Requirements: By default, any high-value parcel shipping to a commercial address or an address that contains an apartment/unit number will automatically require a signature upon delivery at no extra cost to you.
If a parcel is returned to us due to multiple attempted deliveries with no one available to sign, failure to pick up at a local UPS Access Point, or an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. Alternatively, if the order qualifies, a refund can be issued less our initial shipping costs.
We offer several delivery options at checkout, including the option to waive the signature requirement. Signature Confirmation ensures that the recipient or a responsible party securely receives the package, granting both shippers and customers peace of mind—especially for high-value items.
If you choose to waive the signature, you assume full responsibility and release our company from any claims for loss, theft, or damages. If you do not receive your package but tracking shows the carrier delivered it to the provided address, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing the order.
We proudly own and ship all of our products directly from our office in Jacksonville, FL (Zip: 32246)—we never use drop-shippers. A tracking number is provided with all shipping options and will be emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility.

We offer global shipping via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. For expedited delivery (2 to 3 business days, dependent on local customs), please select "FedEx International Priority" or "UPS Express Saver" at checkout. DHL is our fastest and preferred solution for shipments to Canada (1 to 3 business days).
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges; if applied, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Due to an elevated risk of credit card fraud, customs issues, and damaged shipments, we generally do not ship to third-party delivery/courier services. We reserve the right to cancel any orders shipped to an unapproved freight forwarder without notice. Orders placed to such businesses will be canceled and refunded.
