By default, any high-value parcel ($199+) shipped to a commercial address or an address with an apt/unit number will require a signature upon delivery at no extra cost to you. 

If a parcel is returned to Laguiole Imports due to multiple attempted deliveries with no one available to sign, or failure to pick up at a local UPS Access Point, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package, OR a refund will be issued for less than the initial shipping cost.

Due to the high risk of fraud or "lost" packages, we do not ship to third-party delivery/courier services and freight forwarders. Orders placed to be shipped to such business will be refunded without notice.

For your protection, we reserve the right to hold, confirm, and/or cancel any orders should we feel your identity is at risk and being used for fraudulent activity.

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Please check website banner for the cutoff time for same day shipping, this time can change daily. Orders placed after the noted time may be processed on the next business day.

Orders are shipped from zip code 32246, Florida, USA. We do not use drop-shippers; we own and ship our products directly from our Jacksonville location. A tracking number is provided with all shipping options; it will be provided as soon as your order ships.

OPTION TO WAIVE SIGNATURE

We offer several delivery options at checkout, one being the option to waive signature for delivery. Signature Confirmation requires that the recipient or a responsible party signs for the release of a package. This service grants both shippers and customers peace of mind, especially those with high-value shipments. If you select to waive signature, you are releasing Laguiole Imports from and against any claims for loss or damages. If you do not receive the package and it can be shown that the carrier has delivered it to the shipping address provided, Laguiole Imports is not responsible to refund or replace the order.

International Shipping

• FedEx, UPS, and DHL are available. All options with carrier cost will be presented to you at checkout. Choose "FedEx International Priority" or "UPS Express Saver" for 2/5 business-day delivery (local customs-dependent).
• DHLis our fastest solution to Canada (1 to 3 business days).
• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Laguiole Imports is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
• Freight Forwarding / Holding Policy. Due to the elevated risk of credit card fraud, customs issues, and damaged shipments, we reserve the right to cancel any orders shipped to a non-approved freight forwarder/holder without notice. We recommend the use of Shipito for your forwarding needs.
