These 11 cm classic full-handle knives are inspired by the early Laguiole models created in the mid-1800s. Each handle is expertly hand-shaped by skilled artisans. The lack of metal bolsters contributes to a lighter and more ergonomic design. Each knife features a forged bee, a full-length hand-chiseled spring, and, in most models, the iconic shepherd's cross. Additionally, these knives are designed with a solid hardened blade stop to prevent the blade's edge from coming into contact with the inner area of the spring.
