Handle Character: This model features genuine Mammoth Tooth scales in a complex Midnight Black & Blue colorway. The prehistoric molar fossil displays a striking contrast between wide, midnight-dark strips and delicate, vibrant sky-blue strips. This rare geological architecture highlights the mammoth molar's incredible natural structure, providing an unrivaled tactile and visual experience. The knife pictured is the exact one you will receive.

The Damascus Blade: The defining feature of this model is the breathtaking stainless Damascus steel blade. Forged using modern powder metallurgy, these blades offer a mesmerizing organic "water-like" pattern that is unique to every single knife. 15,000+ years old fossilized mammoth molar tooth harvested in Siberia.
The molar is stabilized for strength and dyed in various colors, some of which are quite stunning. In most cases only one color dye is used to create a handle plate, the variance in colors within a handle is caused by the ability of certain areas of the tooth (i.e enamel) to absorb the color dye.

Mammoth molar is an extremely hard material because of its enamel layers, in most cases diamond cutting tools are required to cut it.

Important Note on Use: Waiter-style corkscrews are designed for use with a secure grip on the bottle neck. Please do not use the tool by clamping the bottle between your knees and pulling the handle. This technique often applies excessive force, which is likely to bend the screw (worm) and will immediately void the product warranty.

To keep your pocket knife or corkscrew in top condition, follow these maintenance tips:

  1. Lubricate Moving Parts: Periodically apply a few drops of lubricant to all moving parts. This ensures smooth operation and extends the life of your knife.
  2. Hand Wash Only: Always hand-wash your pocket knife. After washing, dry it quickly with a soft towel to prevent rust and corrosion.
  3. Recommended Lubricant: We highly recommend using Sentry-Solutions Tuf Glide for all our folding knives. It provides excellent lubrication and protection.

Highly Recommend

This knife is truly a craftsman's masterpiece. Everything about it is perfect from the blade being completely centered to the intricate individual hand filings on the spring. I just love the colors of the mammoth molar scales and the abstract pattern on the Damascus steel used for the blade. The locking mechanism was a little stiff the first few times of use but after building up my thumb dexterity and using it several times is a very quick, safe and easy motion to unlock and close. I just love the snap when I open it. Also, the extra sheath I ordered fits perfectly and tucks away very nicely for safe carrying. I am very happy with the purchase and highly recommend to anyone.
