This piece was created in honor of Serge Dubs of France, winner of the 1989 world's best sommelier contest. A graceful European White Stork commonly found is the Alsace region of France is engraved on the handle and embossed on the leather sheath of this corkscrew.
The Chateau Laguiole Grand Cru series was created to satisfy the need for a stylish and more durable wine opener. This model has the same characteristic as the classic but is more suitable for professional use (20/50 bottles per day).
