This piece was created in honor of Giuseppe Vaccarini, former 1978 sommelier world champion and president of their international union the ASI (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale).
The Chateau Laguiole Grand Cru series was created to satisfy the need for a stylish and more durable wine opener. This model has the same characteristic as the classic but is more suitable for professional use (20/50 bottles per day).
