Handcrafted by the Gilles® Fontenille Pataud workshop in Thiers, France, these knives utilize the traditional slip joint mechanism. Distinct from the Laguiole, the "Bee" is replaced by a symbolic four-leaf clover forged into the spring. Each piece is built with a hardened blade stop to ensure the edge never touches the spring, preserving its sharpness through years of use.
