When applicable all cutlery products are thoroughly wiped & sanitized before shipping. 

Most orders are shipped via UPS, however, if yours was shipped via the US Postal Service it may be taking longer for tracking information to show into their system.
If your tracking number doesn't work, please check again in a couple of days.

We guarantee that you will receive your parcel - if your parcel is affected by a delay, we kindly ask for your understanding.
