Due to the uneven characteristic of Ram Horn, the metal rivets found on the handle may not be completely flush with this unique handle material.

Open the box with a smile on my face....

Yes, please don't tell my wife...another Fontenille Pataud!! Opening these boxes from Laguiole Imports always puts a big smile on my face.

This time a Rams horn handled Laguiole nature...the locking mechanism is so smooth...unbelievable. The blade is dead center, no play what so ever...flawless fit and almost flawless finish on the blade ( cutting and buffing ) 9 1/2 out of 10 ) the Rams horn is beautiful...no cracks. Blade is straight and decent sharp. I pulled it over a firm buffing wheel and a leather strobe...it dry shaved hair on my arm easily!!!

The file work is beautiful and very clean, design and handling is typically Pataud level...10 out of 10!!

All in all, again fast shipping, great service and another beautiful French piece of cutlery in my collection...wait: this one, even it's so pretty will be an EDC....I promise!!
