Georgette® the French Spork

Georgette® is not a spork that is trying to act as a fork or a spoon and doesn't really succeed at neither.

Georgette's patented design exceeds in both functions and so much more. Her French heritage, luxurious feel, and functional design as allowed her to be used in Michelin starred restaurants, the foodservice industry, and everyday table settings.

Georgette has a tapered tablespoon on one side, a sauce spoon on the other and a fork long enough to spear foods either to hold them to cut with a knife or to lift them to the mouth. The four cleverly located tines make it easy to spear very small food particles. The spoon's left tapered edged facilitate the separation of many types of foods using a "front/rear" rotation movement.

Georgette® is the only flatware that features a dedicated design for both right and left-handed users.

Georgette vs Ms. Georgette

  • Georgette his a full-size flatware that replaces both a fork and a spoon. It is commonly used for everyday meals.
  • Mademoiselle Georgette is smaller and is the perfect size for children's small hands. Furthermore, this smaller model is used as a dessert spoon. Many French restaurants, including Michellin 3 stared ones are incorporating this model in their dessert presentations.

Georgette offers three ways to separate food:
1 Using the left  tapered edge (right-handed model)
2 Using the tines to begin the separation of harder foods.
3 A combination of the first two methods. Using a "front/rear" rotation movement to easily cut a tomato in half without crushing the flesh.
