  Named after the village of Yssingeaux (translation from local dialect = five cockerels) this knife honors the Gallic Rooster, the unofficial national bird of France. With his rooster crest look back mechanism and Teflon washers this charismatic knife’s blade action operates smoothly and safely during opening and closing.

Technical aspects: Smooth, easy opening & closing is provided by a Teflon-assisted lock back system. This knife also features a solid hardened blade stop to help prevent the blade's edge from making contact with the inner area of the spring. 100% Made in France
