Forge de Laguiole co-designed this mill with famed French manufacturer Marlux. As a result, 100% of the Mill mechanism and fabrication are of French origin and are assembled in the Forge de Laguiole workshop. each mill is made from one full Aubrac cattle horn.

Each mill mechanism is covered with a dark gray (pepper) and light gray (salt) Aubrac cattle LEATHER. Each mill is unique in form and color, just like the Aubrac cattle horn it is made of.
