Tecnical tips :  Smooth and easy opening system . The ' Bee 'spring with its lock-back secure system is made from 3 mm thick stainless steel Z20c13.  A solid hardened blade stop is provided : That helps maintain the edge of the blade.  The traditional bee is solid and forged into the spring. The spring and bee are then hand-chased with a file:  This denotes artisan quality, unlike inexpensive mass market products that have welded springs and are machine decorated.  These details create a unique Laguiole knife, making each knife one of a kind. Note: Numbered Guarantee certificate from the manufacturer is included.

Warranty: Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
Warranty support: Provided by us on all items purchased from CustomCurling.com
What is covered: Any product failure as a result of normal use. Bent knife blades, bent tips, etc... are not covered by manufacturer warranty.
What to expect: Items will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Turnaround:  Item will need to be shipped to the manufacturer directly by customer. Customer is responsible for shipping related expenses.

We recommend placing a couple of drops of Sentry Solutions Tuf-Glide on the axle of the blade. Repeat this process every couple of months.
