What is covered: Any product failure resulting in the inability to use the corkscrew as it was intended. Note: Laguiole en Aubrac will not repair or replace  items that show obvious signs of neglect or intentional damages.
What to expect: Corkscrew will need to be shipped to France. Contact CustomCurling for details. Customer is responsible for shipping related expenses. Engravings will be replaced for an additional fee.
Turnaround: 20 business days.

We recommend placing a couple of drops of Sentry Solutions Tuf-Glide on the axle of the blade. Repeat this process every couple of months.
