What is covered: Any product failure as a result of normal use. Bent knife blades or bent corkscrew (spiral) are not covered by manufacturer warranty.
What to expect: Items will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer. Shipping cost to and from France is not covered by Manufacturer.
Turnaround: 10 to 30 business days for standard models.
We recommend placing a couple of drops of mineral oil on all axles. Repeat this process every couple of months.
