We have such a high level of confidence in the
quality of our Laguiole products that we can offer
you the following guarantee without hesitation:
If you bought a Laguiole corkscrew
or knives from us and something happens* to it we will
arrange for your piece to be
replaced or repaired.
Most Chateau Laguiole corkscrews will be replaced with a
brand new model by us in the US.
Mammoth ivory, Galuchat
/ stingray leather and other high end luxury pieces may be
repaired or replaced with a brand new model at the
discretion of the manufacturer.
Forge de Laguiole, Laguiole en Aubrac and Laguiole de
L'Artisan products will need to be shipped to France for
repair or replacement.
Do some people try to return Laguiole products from
our competitors or "seconds" from auctions? Yes, a
few times a year someone tries this. They misunderstand
our guarantee, they did not purchase their Laguiole
cutlery from us, they are not our customers. Our customers are not the "
run-of-the-mill " they are people who appreciate
fine things and luxurious goods. We have the greatest,
most trustworthy customers one could ever wish for.
Therefore we can afford this guarantee.

products purchased somewhere else and something happens to
it please contact us, we may be able to help you.
